Sono defeated Samsung 81-61 at a home game of KCC in 2024-2025 season held at Sono Arena in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province on Sunday. Coach Kim said after the game, "The players did as well as they prepared, and the defense was especially good," adding, "The team's rotation defense was well connected to the fastball."
SK beat Jeonggwanjang 77-73 in an away game held at Jeonggwanjang Arena in Anyang and escaped three consecutive losses to become 14 wins and five losses.
